Q: How do I delete items from my shopping cart?
A: Click the shopping cart icon on the upper right, then click [View Cart]. A list of items in your shopping cart is displayed. From this screen, you can delete or change the items you want to delete.

A: No, you can place an order even if you are not a registered member.

A: 1) In the recipient list settings, please set [support@pettena.jp] as the source of the emails you can receive.
2) The email may be placed in the spam folder, please check. If the problem is still not resolved, please contact Customer Service.


Q: Please tell me how to check the delivery status of the product.
A: Once the product is shipped from the warehouse, we will send a product shipment notification email. The tracking number will also be recorded in the email, please check and confirm.


Q: I want to repurchase a product I purchased before, how can I find it?
A: 1) Please log in to the PETTENA official website.
2) Click "My Account".
3) Click on the corresponding order from the past order records to confirm it.
